Rates for
2011
Rates usually increase
in March. The rates
below can be locked by December 31, 2011 for a start date no later than March
1st 2012. If you are planning for a start date after March 1st 2012,
please check back for the page with "Rates for 2012." The "2012 Rates"
will be published by November 30th.
When comparing monthly and weekly rates
don't forget that the different between one month and four weeks.
There are 2 or
3 more days in most months. Each year contains 4 weeks, 13 times.
It's not always possible to have a family dinner every day of the week, but we
serve a family style lunch five days a week.
It saves time and provides
the experience of truly communal meals.
FEES: Tuition payments are due on the 1st
or bimonthly payments may be made on the 1st & 15th of
each month.
There is a $15 handling fee for bimonthly payments. Our registration fee
is $65.
Billing is calculated and payments are due on a calendar month basis.
For those using less than 5 days per week, the specific days of the week are
under contract.
Extra days and changing a specified days of the week are
offered for the appropriate fee.
Day of the week change
is $50 per occurrence
The
ages for changing from one class to the next such as Cubby Bears to Teddy Bears
is not necessarily based on age.
It is often based on your child's comfort level and the ages of other children
in each class.
Age is however the only method for determine your child's rate, so your child
may be a Teddy Bear for a little while at the Cubby Bear or 1 year old rate.
Since we bill on a calendar month basis, there
are a couple of adjustments that are commonly made as a result:
Rates change
on the month following your child's birthday.
At the sole discretion
of the Administrator, your child's rate may change during the same month.
An
early rate change is considered if there are only a very few days of service
before the actual birth date.
Rates are commonly adjusted for start date and
end date.
The amount for partial months has be predetermined for each level
of service.
Each fee level has a Prorated Per Day Rate (PPDR*) that is
published along with rate tables on this page.
One PPDR
amount will be charged for each schedule day of service. There is no credit for
absences.
Holidays will not be discounted unless they are within 3 service days
of
the start or end date.

OTHER FEES
The fees for picking up your child after 6 pm are as follows:
Monday through Thursday the charge is $15.00 for up to 10 minutes, and $10.00 per 5 minute increment thereafter.
Annual Re-registration occurs of each year. Clients fill out new registration forms accompanied by a $50 annual fee. This is waived for anyone who initially enrolled within a few months of re-enrollment. Each year an early re-registration date is determined which awards a $15 discount to all who complete the paperwork entirely and remit a $35 fee by the early date.
See the Parent/Provider contract for detailed payment obligations. There are some differences worth remembering compared to other reoccurring financial obligations. It contains important information regarding due dates and the applicable fees incurred when they not met. Payment is always scheduled in advance of services.
Current Clients who would like to see former rates may do so at this link - Prior Year Rates. The user id and password can be obtained at the school. We do not charge the full annual increase to existing clients. We are open about the policy, but prefer not share the exact amounts prior to each annual increase to each new client. They will have the benefit on the next increase. These are not the rates for current clients after the increase. Each client will be informed individually of their new rate.
